Develop Agile/Kanban prioritization and team readiness
Use data to help the teams assess their maturity
Oversee teams to deliver capabilities using Agile/Kanban practices while following the Software Development Lifecycle, business process mapping, and various release processes to ensure all risk, security, and development requirements are met
Partner with managers to convey their concerns to teams about governance policies and adherence to corporate standards
Collaborate with product owners, program or project managers to communicate delivery of product and escalate key risks and issues impeding team effectiveness
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Interact with internal customers
Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
2+ years of practical Agile experience or practicing Kanban experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
2+ years of experience working in an Agile environment
Team Kanban Practitioner (TKP) certificate, Kanban Management Professional (KMP) certification, or Kanban Coaching Professional (KCP) certification
Experience with Jira software, Confluence software or combination of both
Experience facilitating Kanban practices and culture
Ability to work with situations of ambiguity, conflict, and uncertainty in order drive outcomes forward
Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Proficient in building JQL, managing, delivering JIRA boards and dashboards
Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
Problem solving and conflict resolution ability
Willingness to work on-site at stated location in the job opening
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Wells Fargo is seeking a Scrum Master, with a focus in Kanban, to be responsible for supporting our transforming agile environment and leading innovation within the Technology Infrastructure (TI), Change Delivery & Product Team Support team. The objective is to enable, manage, and drive TI initiatives aligned with strategic priorities. Our vision is to optimize TI Program and Product delivery from a people, process, and technology standpoint, ensuring maximum performance and value for our customers and partners.
You will enable strategic business outcomes. Our success is achieved through our close partnership and alignment with our partners along with our in-depth knowledge of their strategies and business objectives. We accomplish this by providing expert council, leading courageous conversations, and ensuring execution excellence with a focus on risk management, timely and quality delivery. We focus on pulling together peers across the Technology Group to drive collaboration to improve engagement and bi-directional coordination of changes being introduced through various initiatives.
