Title - Scrum Master/Release Train Engineer
Duration - 12 months
Location - Iselin, NJ
Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted, large-scale, or long-term Scrum Master challenges.
Evaluate multiple factors, including intangibles and unprecedented situations.
Contribute to resolving complex issues while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and functional requirements.
Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel to achieve deliverables.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Scrum or Agile experience, or equivalent through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to drive large, high-priority, and high-visibility initiatives in a large organization.
Certified Release Train Engineer (RTE) or equivalent certification is preferred.About the company
