What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage the Setter Department, overseeing team performance and daily operations
- Build and optimize outbound lead generation strategies, including call scripts and objection handling
- Develop best practices for appointment setting and lead scoring
- Implement AI tools and automations to enhance team efficiency
- Track and analyze team KPIs to drive performance improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience managing sales development or appointment setting teams in a B2C environment
- Strong understanding of lead generation processes and CRM data management
- Ability to work with data and systems to optimize sales operations
- Excellent leadership skills with a focus on coaching and development
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving work environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with sales automation tools like Outreach, Apollo, or HubSpot
- Background in the online education or coaching industry
- Familiarity with configuring power dialers and automatic assignment rules
- Proven ability to build team culture in a remote work setting
