      Job Description


      Join the E-Commerce Team of Accor Europe & North Africa (ENA)and become our Junior SEA/Metasearch Manager M/F/D , for the DACH Market.

      This role is open in Munich, Vienna, or Warsaw.

      You will be the owner of PPC/Paid Search and Meta Search levers across the region, and accountable for the delivery and reporting of those levers. You will also collaborate with the central team on acquisition and will support the e-commerce department on the Business Reviews.

      More precisely?

      For both levers

      • Set up and readapt campaigns based on flows, demand and destination needs. Implement specific actions plans in collaboration with ecommerce and marketing teams
      • Monitor, track, report and present on paid search and metasearch performance at trading meeting, plus on a ad-hoc and come up with relevant action plan when needed
      • Yearly in-depth analysis of the accounts on both levers
      • Manage and optimise attributed marketing budgets ensuring spend is delivering positive ROI and fees are collected (where applicable)
      • Collaborate and liaise with central teams/agencies to optimize marketing campaigns for all channels under your responsibility. Suggest optimization via A/B testing and participate to pilot test to Central team/agencies
      • Challenges agencies on performance, actions and strategies, monitor all relevant KPIs closely, focus on assigned region .
      • Cooperate with publishers, consult potential improvements for approaches towards PPC/Metasearch, keep up with newly launched PPC& MetaSeach solutions and formats
      • Challenge suggestions from Google, Microsoft, and other partners, apply only relevant strategies for ENA

      For Metasearch

      • Work closely together with local eCommerce Team and Koddi on hotel activation.

      For PPC

      • Work closely with SEO teams to implement an optimized cross-search strategy

      Qualifications


      Who are you?

      A professional with at least 3 years of experience in a related position, you have run online campaigns.
      You are fluent in English and German (B2 minimum)

      You’re mastering MS Office Suite (Excel, PPT, a bit of Power BI), and have a good knowledge of Tableau and Google Analytics
