Who You Are * Energetic, outgoing, and willing to learn. * Love sports fashion brands and are passionate about sharing your knowledge with JD customers. * Flexible with great availability! Available to work Monday to Sunday, including afternoons after school, late-night shifts, and public holidays. * Able to complete tasks efficiently within a fast-paced environment. * A great communicator who demonstrates initiative. * Able to build relationships and work as part of a team. * Prior retail experience is not essential, but Customer Service experience is preferred. All Seasonal Casual contracts will commence between late October and early November and will cease end of February 2024. However, there is opportunity to continue working for JD Sports after this date pending on individual performance and store requirements. You are required to be flexible with your availability, as we require you to work most weekends, late nights, and public holidays, including having full availability over the whole of December and January to support our busiest time of year while our amazing customers celebrate their Christmas and holiday period.
