      Overview: We're hiring enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team for the 2025 summer season! This is a dynamic role offering both full and part time front of house positions at our debut festival kitchen, as well as font of house on call options for our catering division. If you enjoy fast-paced environments, working outdoors, and being part of a fun and energetic team, this is the job for you.

      Key Responsibilities:

      Provide excellent customer service in both catering and festival settings

      Represent the warmth and excellence of our Starfish brand.

      Take orders, serve food and beverages, and process payments efficiently

      Assist with setup and breakdown of catering events

      Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

      Follow all health and safety guidelines

      Work collaboratively with kitchen and event teams

      Adapt to varying event sizes, service styles, and customer needs

      Qualifications:

      Previous serving or food service experience preferred, but not required

      Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

      Strong communication and teamwork skills

      Food handler certification.

      Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs

      Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

      Positive attitude and willingness to jump into different roles as needed
