Seasonal Civil Engineer (entry level, part time, temporary)
Stetson Engineers Inc. is recruiting for a seasonal (part-time, temporary) Civil Engineer for employment in its northern California office located in San Rafael. The position is available to a person pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in water resources. Individuals who are motivated, ambitious, and interested in the potential for a long-term opportunity with Stetson are preferred to fill this internship-like position.

The successful candidate will utilize word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software skills on a daily basis. Typical projects may include assistance with feasibility studies, permitting, preparation of construction plans and specifications, and cost estimating associated with the responsibilities listed above. Creative thinking, a positive approach to solving difficult problems, and strong organizational skills are critical requirements for all projects. The successful candidate must possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
