What is Required (Qualifications):

- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 2+ years of experience in high-end retail, guest services/restaurants/hotels, or contact center/guest service environment
- Experience in a call center is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop solutions
- Technologically proficient and customer-focused
- Punctuality and attendance
- Certificate of training in a customer service program or prior customer service experience desired
