What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a Brand Ambassador for Nordstrom, providing world-class service to all Customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer service inquiries or issues via incoming phone contacts
- Provide critical service and product information to customers via incoming phone contacts
- Process orders and enter data into the order entry system via incoming phone contacts
- Track customer packages

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of 5 MB/s upload and 50 MB/s download
- Quiet, distraction-free, secure home workspace
- Ability to work entire shift using a computer while stationed at a desk, wearing a headset
- Excellent communication skills
- 6+ months experience in a customer service-focused environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a contact center, retail, hospitality, or food and beverage industry
- Participation in video calls using both sound and video features of the video conference platform
