      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as a Brand Ambassador for the Nordstrom company, providing world-class service to all Customers
      - Successfully troubleshoot and resolve all customer service inquiries or issues via incoming phone contacts
      - Provide Customers with critical service and product information, ensuring customer satisfaction via incoming phone contacts
      - Process orders and enter data into order entry system via incoming phone contacts
      - Track customer packages

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Ability to meet the Nordstrom Remote Work Policy and detailed expectations
      - Reliable Internet connection with specific minimum speeds
      - Quiet, distraction-free, secure home workspace
      - Excellent communication skills
      - Conflict management skills and professional composure

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 6+ months experience within a customer service-focused environment, such as contact center, retail, hospitality, or food and beverage
