      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as an advocate and point of contact for member questions and concerns regarding benefits, eligibility, referrals, claims, and plan services
      - Educate members, family, providers, and caregivers regarding benefits and plan options
      - Ensure member satisfaction by providing superior customer service and resolving issues efficiently
      - Document transactions accurately and summarize actions taken in the appropriate computer system
      - Participate in member calling projects to support membership retention goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent required
      - 1-2 years call center or related customer service experience required
      - 1-2 years of prior experience with Medicare benefits, including Medicare Advantage Plans preferred
      - Experience in the healthcare, insurance, or pharmacy industry highly desirable
      - Effective communication skills and ability to handle large call volumes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
