      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deliver exceptional personalized service to customers across various communication channels, including phone, email, and messaging
      - Guide customers through tax platforms and procedures to ensure a smooth experience
      - Assist customers effectively while multitasking and navigating between screens
      - Provide technical customer service support as needed
      - Maintain a quiet, distraction-free workspace during customer interactions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must legally be able to work in the U.S.
      - Minimum age of 18 years
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
      - Must pass a background check

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience with technical customer service support is an asset
      - Background in providing Square support from industries including retail or banking is a plus
