      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide exceptional personalized service to customers via phone, email, and messaging
      - Guide customers through tax platforms and procedures to ensure a smooth experience
      - Assist customers with technical support and navigate between screens efficiently

      - Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must legally be able to work in the U.S.
      - Minimum age of 18 years
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
      - Ability to pass a background check

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience with technical customer service support
      - Background in providing Square support from various industries, including retail or banking
      - Strong communication and computer skills
      - Excellent listening and communication skills, both written and verbal
