      Overview

      The Enterprise brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Seasonal Lot Driver. This position pays $15.00 / hour and is located at the Jackson Hole Airport, 1250 E. Airport Rd. Jackson, WY 83001.

      This seasonal will begin June 17th, 2025 and cannot exceed 160 days of service and must experience a 13 consecutive weeks break in service at the end of the season prior to applying again as a seasonal or a regular employee.

      Offering:

      • Flexible schedules available. Weekends required.
      • Transportation will be provided from the Rexburg area to the Jackson Hole Airport by Enterprise.

      The lot driver is responsible for moving and positioning vehicles to various designated locations between our properties for servicing, transport and/or rental. A lot driver will perform all daily responsibilities with a focus on the needs to have vehicles ready for customers in accordance with our high-quality standards.       Responsibilities

      The Lot Driver is responsible for the transporting of fleet cars and vans to and from rental locations, as well as navigating written directions.

      • Drive cars from one location to another on the rental car lot premises.
      • Drive rental car returns to the car wash or “quick turn area” usually on the same lot, but occasionally off site, for cleaning and then transport back to the customer site for re-renting.
      • Operate the motor vehicle in accordance with all company and customer policies and adhere to state motor vehicle laws.
      • Respond to directions given by dispatch to deliver vehicles to the appropriate location.
      • Maintain strong customer service, both internally and externally.
      • Follow specific customer policies for preparing vehicles for rental.
      • Meet productivity standards and benchmarks in assigned location.
      • When necessary, move vehicles that are out of service to an outside facility.

      Qualifications

        • Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
        • No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
        • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
        • Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
        • Must be at least 18 years old.
        • Seasonal employees may work for up to 160 days during a defined season. They must experience a 13 consecutive weeks break in service at the end of the season prior to working again as a seasonal or a regular employee.
