      Job Title:

      Seasonal Fan Development Marketing Assistant

      Pay Details:

      The starting hourly rate for this position is $25.00 per hour.

      The Seasonal Fan Development Marketing Assistant is a full-time, seasonal position within the Marketing Department of the Anaheim Ducks. This position will focus on administrative duties that relate to the needs of the team’s grassroots marketing initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the execution of several programs in and out of the office. The goals of the programs are to integrate the team, players, and the Anaheim Ducks brand into the community.

      Responsibilities

      Anaheim Ducks Youth Hockey and Community Programming

      • Assist Youth Hockey Associate with integration of S.C.O.R.E. participants into Rinks-based programming

      • Assist Youth Hockey Associate with programming and marketing support of the Anaheim Ducks High School Hockey League (ADHSHL)

      • Collaborate with Youth Hockey Associate and Assistant Manager, Fan Development Marketing on community rink construction and refurbishment projects

      • Assist Youth Hockey Associate with planning, registration, marketing, and execution of the Throwback Classic Adult Hockey Tournament

      • Support Youth Hockey Associate with other duties as assigned

      Wild Wingers Kids Club / Die Hards Booster Club:

      • Assist with onsite operational support for game day activations at the designated booster club area

      • Support Fan Development Marketing Coordinator with staffing coordination for onsite game day operation

      • Assist Fan Development Marketing Coordinator with inventory management, marketing, sales, and distribution of all booster club kits

      • Assist Fan Development Marketing Coordinator with planning, registration, marketing, and execution of booster club events throughout the season

      Anaheim Ducks S.C.O.R.E. (school program):

      • Assist Fan Development Marketing Manager with planning and logistics for all S.C.O.R.E. educational initiatives

      • Assist Assistant Manager, Fan Development Marketing with planning, registration, and distribution of Stick and Ball Program

      • Serve as principal coordinator of S.C.O.R.E. programming events, including school assemblies, Reading is the Goal Day, and the S.C.O.R.E. Street Hockey Shootout

      • Support Marketing Manager in executing social media outreach campaigns, engaging with our online community, and enhancing our brand presence across various platforms

      • Support Fan Development Marketing Manager with other duties as assigned

      Skills

      • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

      • Working knowledge of basic productivity applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)

      • Passionate and knowledgeable about the Anaheim Ducks, hockey, and sports in general

      • Familiar with community outreach and service activities

      • Possess a genuine enthusiasm for charitable involvement

      • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

      • Effective time management and organizational skills

      • Must be detail-oriented, motivated, and a self-starter with a high level of energy and commitment

      • Able to work with diverse populations, including adults and children of all ages

      • Flexible schedule with the ability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays as required

      • Possess a valid California driver’s license and a good driving record

      Knowledge, Skills and Experience

      Education - Bachelor's Degree
