      Position Overview

      Are you interested in the agricultural industry and eager to contribute your skills to ensure a successful grain harvest? We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Seasonal Grain Operations Workers at our Metamora, OH Grain Elevator.

      As a Seasonal Grain Operations Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting our grain operations during the busy harvest season. You'll have the chance to work closely with our experienced team, learning and honing your skills while making a meaningful impact on the success of our operation.

      Seasonal Grain Operations Worker positions MAY have potential to convert to future Full time work opportunities!

      Key Responsibilities

      • Performing tasks in the operations area contributing to customer service, grain conditioning or general facility upkeep
      • Embrace a positive and adaptable attitude to tackle challenges during peak workloads

      What is expected of you and others at this level

      • Minimal job-related experience
      • Work is prescribed and completed with close supervision and little autonomy
      • Duties are clearly defined and methods and tasks are described in detail
      • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor environment and willingness to work extended hours during peak harvest periods
      • Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances and priorities
      • Safety-conscious mindset with a commitment to following established guidelines and procedures

      Minimum Qualifications & Skills

      • High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
      • No experience required
