Job Description

- FULL TIME/SEASONAL work
- Paid overtime if earned
- Holidays off
- General labor working on projects of various sizes and complexity, performing various landscape, lawn care, lawn maintenance and grounds care functions
- May assist in Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenant occupancy
- Maintaining multiple apartment communities full landscaping duties under the guidance of a supervisor
- Operating equipment such as 0 turn mowers, trimmers, edgers and leaf blowers
- 2+ years’ experience in professional landscaping
- Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work

Location: Grand Rapids, Michigan, 49512.Schedule: 7 A.M. to 3:30 P.M. Monday - Friday. Dayshift hours.
