- There is flexibility in the number of weeks a seasonal employee will work and this is discussed during the interview/hiring process.
- A seasonal employee may work up to 40 hours per week depending on business needs.
- Schedules fall within 1st and 2nd shift operating hours (7 AM – 9 PM) based on availability.
- Seasonal employees are held to the same attendance policies and expectations as regular employees.

- Maintain productivity by meeting daily output requirements.

- Sew straps using manufacturing procedures in an efficient manner.
- Maintain order accuracy through proper documentation and organization.
- Pack numerous different orders efficiently and accurately off of a conveyor belt, ensuring products are prepared for shipment in a timely manner.
- Lift 50ilbs repeatedly. Able to bend, kneel, stand, and squat repetitively for long periods of time.
- Utilizing NetSuite and ShipHawk software to manage production records, entering completion data, building work orders and updating inventory.
- Follow Lean manufacturing principles to help reduce waste and improve efficiency in packing and overall processes.
- Communicating effectively with team members and working to ensure a smooth flow of operations.
- Comfortable working in a high-speed, fast-paced environment with frequent task changes.

We are seeking highly motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our fast-paced manufacturing team as a Seasonal Manufacturing Associate . This hybrid role blends hands-on sewing line operations with efficient packaging responsibilities, offering a dynamic opportunity to contribute across multiple areas of production. You’ll be instrumental in assembling USCC transportation tie-down products, packing orders with precision, and supporting continuous improvement across all operations.
Seasonal Manufacturing Details :
Schedule: to be determined at the time of hiring based on availability.
Starting Pay: $15 - 18/hr. based on experience.How to Succeed in this role:
What’s Expected:
To remain agile, team members will be cross-trained and expected to contribute outside their areas of expertise. All team members will begin their training in strap manufacturing/packing and remain until a satisfactory knowledge of our products is acquired. We produce a wide range of products, so attention to detail, and the ability to remain focused in a repetitive environment is critical.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to repeatedly lift 50lbs. This position at times requires repetitive hand and arm movement. Must be able to engage in repetitive bending, kneeling, sitting, and squatting movements.

As a growing team, you should be prepared to perform other duties as assigned at any time.
Equipment
Ability to learn/operate powered industrial equipment, such as industrial sewing machines, cutters, winders, stand-up and sit-down forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, etc.
