Conduct all opening and closing procedures.
Wipe down, set up and move all pool deck equipment, when necessary.
Pick up, stock/restock, and drop off towels, juices, fruits, and other items or amenities needed in the area to provide guests with a level of service in keeping with Four Seasons standards.
Assist owners and guests with seating, towels, amenities and food and beverage service.
Describe the selection of menu items to guests by offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of the each item’s, origin, taste, and preparation methods; communicate guest orders including any special needs or requests to the kitchen using the point-of-sales system; coordinate food timings; check completed kitchen orders with the guest’s original order; transport items to the guest in a timely manner to ensure proper food quality.
Respond properly in any Residence Club emergency or safety situation.
Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by Residence Club management and staff.
Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift up to 40lbs.
Previous food and beverage experience, preferred
Must be at least 21 years of age
San Diego County Food Handlers card and RBS (not required upon hire).
Driving a company vehicle is an essential function of this role, a valid California Driver's License is necessary
Hourly Rate: $16.90 plus gratuities

At Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara, Pool Servers are responsible for arranging seating area s , taking /serving food and beverage o rders, and be ing knowledgeable about all current menu options and beverage lists, and efficiently clea r ing and restocking items to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for our owners and guests.
