Gardner Parks & Recreation Fall Employment
The Gardner Parks and Recreation Department is currently accepting applications for seasonal positions for the 2024 Fall Season. Applications will be accepted through August 1, 2024. Fall 2024 Positions and Required Qualifications
*Youth Flag Football Officials – Must be at least 14 years of age or older. Primary responsibilities include officiating flag football games. Divisions start in first/second grade and go up to fifth/sixth grade. Must be available on Saturdays and an occasional weeknight. General knowledge of football rules is a must. Must provide their own officials shirt. $14.25 per game.*Soccer Officials - Must be at least 14 years of age or older. Primary responsibilities include officiating youth soccer games. Divisions start in K-Under and go up to seventh/eighth grade. Must be available on Saturdays and an occasional weeknight/Sunday. General knowledge of soccer rules is a must. Must provide their own officials shirt and attend mandatory training sessions. $14-$20 per game depending on division.
*Youth Volleyball Officials - Must be 16 years of age or older. Primary responsibilities include officiating youth volleyball games. General knowledge of volleyball rules is a must. Must be able to work Thursday evenings and provide their own officials shirt.
