Seasonal Production Associate

A Seasonal Production Associate is responsible for operating manufacturing equipment, using hand and power tools, finishing products and reporting any issues with equipment supervisors. Flexible start dates, focused on the supporting production during our peak season in the summer!

Duration:

Start: Flexible depending on the candidate's availability but able to start ASAP.

End: Fall 2023

Schedule:

Your Monday – Thursday shift options could include:

• 1st Shift: 5:30 am – 3:30 pm Pay: $21 per hour
• 2nd Shift: 3:30 pm – 1:30 am Pay: $24 per hour ($22 + $2 differential rate)

Friday – Sunday shift option, enjoy 4 days off each week!

• 6:00 am – 6:00 pm
• Earn $25 per hour! Weekend shifts pay a $4 differential rate.

Essential Functions:

• Perform repetitive assembly tasks using tools, and automated equipment.
• Fabricate and assemble product
• Perform light fabrication (drill holes, measure, cut, saw) for product sub-assembly.
• Ability to communicate in oral or written English to carry out production functions and work with warehouse team to get parts to assembly.
• Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to the production lines.
• Ability to be cross-trained in multiple departments.

It is required to be able to do all the following repeatedly for 8-10 hours a shift:

• Lift a range objects weighing 10 – 70lbs
• Carry product ranging from 10lbs – 70lbs from one area to the next
• Push and pull product that weighs up to 85lbs
• Grip 65lbs
• Bend, twist, stoop and climb

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• General experience with computers is helpful
