      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deliver high-impact professional learning experiences to teachers and school leaders
      - Guide educators in implementing Mathspace’s digital solutions and best practices
      - Lead engaging training sessions both virtually and onsite at schools across Virginia
      - Analyze student performance data and assist educators in data-driven instructional practices
      - Manage multiple assignments across schools or districts effectively

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of classroom teaching experience, preferably in math for grades 6–12
      - Experience in leading professional development, instructional coaching, or training sessions for educators
      - Technically proficient with Learning Management Systems, EdTech platforms, and video conferencing tools
      - Excellent verbal and written communication, facilitation, and time management skills
      - Willingness to travel locally (up to 80%) and occasionally for overnight trips

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience delivering or supporting math instruction using Mathspace
      - Familiarity with the 2023 Virginia Standards of Learning for Mathematics (SOLs) and curriculum alignment
      - Background in supporting district- or school-level implementations of EdTech tools
      - Experience working with multilingual learners, students with disabilities, or advanced academic populations
