What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service while recommending suitable wines
- Engage with customers effectively, demonstrating salesmanship and a positive attitude
- Stay informed on current promotions, campaigns, policies, and procedures
- Communicate efficiently and courteously with team members and leadership
- Uphold company branding standards and perform additional duties as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Expert-level wine knowledge and experience, with one or more wine certifications or equivalent experience
- Must be a resident of Florida
- Consistent availability to work scheduled shifts totaling approximately 15-25 hours per week, primarily in the afternoons, evenings, and weekends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
- Must own an updated computer or laptop with a functioning camera and reliable internet connectivity
