What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service while offering tailored wine recommendations
- Engage with customers effectively, demonstrating salesmanship and a positive attitude
- Stay updated on promotions, campaigns, policies, and procedures
- Communicate efficiently and courteously with team members and leadership
- Uphold company branding standards and complete additional duties as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Expert-level wine knowledge and experience with relevant certifications or equivalent experience
- Resident of North Carolina; applicants from outside this state will not be considered
- Availability for scheduled shifts primarily in afternoons, evenings, and weekends
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and typing skills of at least 40 words per minute

- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, especially during peak seasons
- Ability to navigate multiple websites and prioritize requests effectively
- Previous customer service experience, particularly in a retail or hospitality setting
