  **What is Required (Qualifications):**
  - Expert-level wine knowledge and experience, including one or more wine certifications
  - Must be a resident of NJ; applications from outside the state will not be considered
  - Consistent availability to work scheduled shifts totaling approximately 15-25 hours per week
  - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and typing skills of at least 40 words per minute

  - Previous experience in customer service or sales within the wine industry
  - Familiarity with major wine brands and regions
  - Ability to navigate multiple websites and prioritize requests effectively
  - Previous experience working remotely in a similar role
