What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service while making wine recommendations
- Engage customers with perceptiveness and resilience during live chat interactions
- Stay updated on current promotions, campaigns, policies, and procedures
- Communicate effectively and courteously with team members and leadership
- Uphold company branding standards at all times and perform additional duties as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Expert-level wine knowledge and experience with one or more wine certifications or equivalent experience
- Must be a resident of NY; applications from outside the state will not be considered
- Availability to work scheduled shifts totaling approximately 15-25 hours per week, primarily during afternoons, evenings, and weekends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and typing skills with a speed of at least 40 words per minute
- Must own and use an updated computer or laptop with a functioning camera and reliable internet connectivity

- Previous experience in customer service or sales, particularly in the wine or food industry
- Strong problem-solving skills and an upbeat attitude in high-pressure situations
- Ability to quickly navigate multiple websites and prioritize requests effectively
