What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service while offering tailored wine recommendations
- Engage effectively with customers, demonstrating salesmanship and a positive attitude
- Stay informed on current promotions, policies, and procedures through team communications
- Communicate efficiently and courteously with leadership and team members
- Uphold the company branding standards and perform other duties as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Expert-level wine knowledge and experience, including one or more wine certifications or equivalent experience
- Must be a resident of OH; applicants from outside this state will not be considered
- Consistent availability for scheduled shifts totaling approximately 15-25 hours per week
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and typing skills of at least 40 wpm
- Must have an updated computer or laptop with a functioning camera and reliable internet connectivity

- Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments, particularly during peak seasons
