What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service while giving personalized wine recommendations
- Engage with customers through online live chat, demonstrating salesmanship and initiative
- Stay updated on promotions, policies, and procedures to enhance customer interactions
- Communicate effectively and courteously with team members and leadership
- Uphold company branding standards and perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Expert-level wine knowledge with one or more wine certifications or equivalent experience
- Must be a resident of Pennsylvania
- Availability to work 15-25 hours per week during afternoons, evenings, and weekends
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and typing speed of at least 40 wpm

- Experience in customer service or sales within a retail or hospitality setting
- Familiarity with major wine brands and regions
- Strong focus on detail and organizational skills
