What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service while offering wine recommendations
- Engage with customers effectively, demonstrating initiative and a positive attitude
- Stay informed about current promotions, campaigns, and company policies
- Communicate efficiently with team members and leadership
- Ensure company branding standards are maintained at all times
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Expert-level wine knowledge and experience, with one or more wine certifications or equivalent experience
- Must be a resident of TX
- Availability to work approximately 15-25 hours per week, primarily during afternoons, evenings, and weekends
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and typing speed of at least 40 wpm
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in customer engagement or sales in the wine industry
- Familiarity with major wine brands and regions
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to navigate multiple websites efficiently
