  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Consistently treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment
  - Promote loyalty by educating customers about loyalty programs
  - Engage with customers to drive sales and service using suggestive selling techniques
  - Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back of house as required
  - Handle all customer interactions and potential issues or returns courteously and professionally
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
  - Customer-focused service mindset both on and off the sales floor
  - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
  - Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends
  - Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and office
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in retail or customer service
  - Knowledge of retail technology and systems
  - Proven problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement
