- Help maintain a neat and clean Shop environment.
- Assist with the receiving, tagging, and stocking of merchandise.
- Manage multiple duties simultaneously and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or GED/HSED is required (must be 18 years or older).
- Experience working in a customer-facing role; ideally in a retail environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high attention to detail.
- A comfort level with computers and ability to learn a point of sale system (i.e. processing credit cards and cash).

Job Summary
The seasonal Retail Sales Associate (RSA) is the first point of contact for Museum retail store visitors and will be responsible for providing a positive, enjoyable learning experience for all visitors. The RSA is an integral member of the Museum team, responsible for day to day operations in The Shop.
Job Responsibilities
The seasonal position is critical during the busy summer season, between May and September. The schedule will vary week to week, with an expected schedule between 28-32 hours a week.
Flexibility in schedule is required including weekends, holidays and evenings as required by the business. Schedules are posted a month at a time.Education Requirements
