What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with their video gaming needs
- Support overall store operations, including maintenance and visual presentation
- Collaborate with the team to ensure cleanliness and organization throughout the store
- Assist in stocking merchandise and managing inventory on the selling floor
- Address guest questions and escalate issues to management when necessary

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to meet performance expectations, including attendance and grooming standards
