- Stage orders for pre-printing and printing.
- Operate the pre-treat equipment.
- Collect and quality check product as it completes the printing and pressing process.
- Examine garments for accurate color and print quality.
- Inspect products at different phases in their development to ensure they meet a set of consistent quality standards.
- Fold customer products manually or through the use of an industrial garment folding machine, count folded product, and prepare bundles of clean, folded products for delivery to customers.
- Place finished goods ready for shipment in the designated bins on the put wall.
- Replenish low stocked styles.
- Perform regular cycle counting and confirm inventory accuracy.
- Fulfill web orders by collecting various items. Pack all orders according to HOMAGE standards and ship to customers.
- Prepare merchandise to be sold in stores: tagging and packing product for shipment.
- Transport items from different locations throughout the distribution center.
- Maintain a knowledge of all HOMAGE products and understand the company’s quality expectations.
- Assist in receipt of incoming shipments. Verify quality and quantities of goods received.
- Prepares outgoing print production orders by priority as determined by Production Manager.
- Participates in general daily & weekly housekeeping; cleans stations, organizes misc. product to similar sections, takes out trash/recycling, and clears lanes of product.
- Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
- High School degree or equivalent.
- Warehouse fulfillment experience is a plus, but not required.
- Capacity to perform the functions of the job which regularly require a person to stand, walk, use hands to handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; frequently required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and occasionally required to sit.
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Self-Motivated with the ability to stay on task with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility & willingness to adapt and work other areas when needed to support operational objectives.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when required.
- Strong attention to detail
