      Description

      The Collier Companies is looking for energetic individuals to join our team as Seasonal Turn Team Members!

      This is an on-site role, reporting from one of The Collier Companies’ community offices in Tallahassee, which offers over 700 miles of trails, a subtropical climate, and incredible opportunities to immerse yourself in Florida’s rich history, new commercial opportunities, and family-friendly attractions. It is home to Florida State University and Florida A&M University. Tallahassee is in the top ten best places to live in Florida.

      As a Seasonal Turn Team Member, you will be tasked with upholding various administrative, customer service, and curb appeal standards for incoming and departing residents during the Turnover Season from July to the end of August.

      At the end of the Turnover period, qualified team members may be offered a full-time role with The Collier Companies. If you are looking to start a long-term career with one of Gainesville’s Best Places to Work ’23, this is a great way to get started

      Qualifications


      Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

      • Clerical duties, include filing, sorting, and assembling folders and new resident collateral as needed.
      • Working alongside the maintenance teams.
      • Assisting with customer service inquiries.
      • Assisting with move-ins and move-outs.
      • Cutting keys.
      • Inspecting and trashing out units.
      • Straightening and clean office area.
      • Assisting service team with curb appeal.
