What you will be doing:

• Answercallsregardinglocationsecurity.
• for example, calls concerningalarmsystems
• camerasmalfunctioning
• followupto911calls
• Reviewvideoinvolvingcustomeraccidents
• Create work orderswiththeappropriatedepartmenttohandleanyissues
• Assignaccesscardsandkeycodestoassociates
• Assistinprotectingagainstpossibleinternetfraud
• Frequentlycommunicatewithstorepersonnel,othercorporatesecuritystaff,andoutsidelaw enforcementrepresentatives

What is needed for this role:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• AbletouseMS Office products includingExcel
• Be available toworkmostweeksfrom7:00 AM to 3:00PM or 3:00 PMto11:00MondaythroughFriday and some weekends
• Becauseourstoresareopen7daysaweek,andmostholidays,youare requiredtobeoncallforsomeholidays.Weareclosedon Christmas,ThanksgivingandEaster
• Musthaveahighlevelofintegrityandbeabletomaintainconfidentiality
