What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process new lock requests and execute lock revisions, extensions, and re-locks
- Assist with expiring locks management
- Provide excellent customer service by accurately answering questions regarding pricing, guidelines, policy, etc.
- Create daily secondary reports, review for accuracy, and distribute to appropriate parties
- Perform assigned duties as directed by Secondary Marketing Manager
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Accounting or Economics degree from four-year college or university preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum one (1) year of related mortgage lending industry experience and/or training
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Encompass, Product and Pricing System Database software, and various investor websites
- Clear understanding of current CFPB and RESPA laws and guidelines
- Knowledge of Secondary Best-Efforts and Mandatory Secondary Mortgage practices

- Familiarity with Conventional, FHA, and VA mortgage products
- High attention to market changes
- Strong multitasking capabilities, time management skills, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize workflow effectively
