  Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and listening in the Spanish language
  Experience teaching or implementing International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO) programmes (preferred)
  Enthusiasm, flexibility, and ability to work cooperatively with students, parents, teachers, and administrators
  Ability to motivate and inspire secondary students
  Appreciation for diversity and a desire to assist all students in becoming cross-culturally competent
  Ability to transform instruction through the creative use of technology
  Knowledge in instructional practices for varied learning styles and individual student needs
