Job Description
- Req#: 5114819
- Two-year degree in office administration or secretarial science preferred
- Successful administrative support experience in a public school preferred
- Experience with PowerSchool is preferred.
- Successful experience in record keeping and preparation of effective reports, letters, and e-mail/website/ public address communications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and public relations skills
- Excellent problem solving and organization skills
- Excellent technology skills (e.g. Word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation applications)
- Office/information multi-tasking skills
