      Qualifications:

      Required training, experience, and skills

      1. Two-year degree in office administration or secretarial science preferred
      2. Successful administrative support experience in a public school preferred
      3. Experience with PowerSchool is preferred.
      4. Successful experience in record keeping and preparation of effective reports, letters, and e-mail/website/ public address communications
      5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      6. Excellent interpersonal and public relations skills
      7. Excellent problem solving and organization skills
      8. Excellent technology skills (e.g. Word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation applications)
      9. Office/information multi-tasking skills
