What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Teach material from approved curriculum in accordance with assigned course schedule
- Actively participate in meetings and activities to prepare and support course objectives
- Provide full coverage for all scheduled synchronous sessions
- Lead asynchronous discussions and didactic sessions
- Maintain and evaluate records of student's academic performance and provide feedback and support as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Currently practicing and experienced in the field
- MSN required, doctoral degree strongly preferred
- At least 2+ years of clinical and nursing education experience
- Graduate level teaching experience preferred
- Online teaching exposure/experience preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

- Experience with SPSS and data analysis
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in curriculum development and assessment
- Familiarity with learning management systems and educational technology
