      Job Description

      We are seeking individuals interested in facilitating insurance, insurance continuing education, and securities exam preparation courses. You must demonstrate excellent teaching skills and the ability to present course material using various virtual platforms and navigate a variety of tools and applications necessary to engage learners. You will serve as an industry expert, and brand ambassador. Strong focus on mentoring and driving student success. You must be able to effectively manage classroom dynamics, addressing student questions during the live-online sessions as well as follow up after class sessions as requested. Facilitate classes within the time scheduled and in accordance with the established itinerary. Adjust teaching style based on learners’ learning style, profile, feedback, and evaluation by team leaders. Maintain regular communication with product line management and operations departments to stay informed of scheduling changes, curriculum updates, and class assignments. Other duties as assigned.

      Minimum Qualifications

      • 3-5 years of industry experience as an insurance agent, registered representative or investment adviser representative.

      • Previous teaching experience preferred.

      • Management and training experience is a plus.

      • Completion of a post-secondary degree preferred.

      • Ability to travel by various means of transportation including car, plane and train.

      • Must be able to stand and sit for long periods of time, typically but not limited to up to 8 hours with infrequent breaks.

      • Exerting up to 25 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.

      • Ability to effectively utilize technology.

      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

      • Adaptability to new teaching methods and alteration in course materials as needed.

      • Time management and organizational skills.

      • Strong interpersonal skills and approachability.
