Introduction
OSS Site Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and executing all responsibilities for client accounts.
Reporting : Reports to the OSS Operations Manager
General Responsibilities
* Oversees on-site staff to ensure all employees complete required duties according to client expectations
* Directs all aspects of the program to ensure timely delivery of quality services
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure client objectives are met and disruptions to the client are minimized.
* Ensures client objectives are met.
* Ensures training program is adequate and executed for all new officer training and all on-going, continuous training.
*Executes OSS personnel policies including attendance, time-off, progressive disciplinary, and other programs to ensure an orderly and effective work environment.
* Manages all equipment and other materials to ensure each is maintained and remains effective for the tasks for which they are designed.
* Continuously evaluates equipment and processes and offers better solutions.
* Meets regularly with client personnel and OSS management to discuss program effectiveness, continuous improvement initiatives, and to offer solutions for outstanding issues.
Specific Responsibilities :
Site Supervisor is responsible for oversight of people, processes, projects and equipment as indicated below.
Supervise People
* Manage weekly schedule and time sheet reports, payroll systems, and complete and forward weekly Labor Analysis to corporate office
* Ensure all staffing/scheduling issues are addressed to meet contract requirement
* Ensure all shift supervisors are trained and enforce and perform all required duties
* Oversee training of new hires and on-going training of all employees
* Execute site inspections in accordance with company policy.
* Review officer and shift supervisor performance at site annually
* Issue corrective action with OSS Human Resources and Operations support
* Submit nominations for awards and disciplinary recommendations as required and/ or needed.
* Be available by phone 24/7 so OSS and site personnel can reach you.
* Available to fill-in shifts as needed
Supervise Processes
* Maintain a positive professional relationship with the client
* Implement and maintain a continuous improvement program.
* Enforce OSS and client policies and procedures
* Update and maintain post procedure manual with client approval.
* Enforce, implement and maintain Employee Handbook Policies
* Maintain up-to-date personnel performance history, attendance, training and counseling files of all employees assigned to your site.
* Uphold and enforce company and client safety programs.
* Complete Quality Assurance inspections in accordance with OSS policy
* Continuously review daily activity reports, incident reports and other paperwork for clarity and completeness prior to forwarding to the client.
* Keep OSS management up to date on any issues from the site
Manage Equipment
* Inventory and management of stock of OSS form
* Inventory and management of OSS provided uniforms and personnel
* Inventory, maintenance and care of OSS equipment
Individuals with long term Security Officer Supervision/Management experience are encouraged to apply.
