What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Investigate and respond to security incidents and inquiries from various business areas
- Collaborate within the Security Operations Center to monitor security controls
- Maintain and update Incident Response Playbooks
- Document security change control and assist in security projects
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Degree in Business or Technology preferred (associate or bachelor's)
- 1-2 years of experience in IT security preferred
- Basic scripting knowledge (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Experience with vulnerability management and enterprise authentication systems
- Strong communication skills and ability to prioritize security requests
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with IDS/IPS and incident handling and response
- General understanding of security frameworks
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service
- Experience working on project teams
- Willingness to support on-call or after-hours business needs
