- Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
- Access control: Monitoring and controlling entry points to Amazon offices and facilities, checking employee badges, and managing visitor access.
- Surveillance: Operating security cameras and monitoring systems to detect anysuspicious activities or security breaches.
- Patrolling: Conducting regular patrols of the premises to ensure the safety of employeesand property.
- Emergency response: Being prepared to respond to various emergencies, such as fires,medical situations, or security threats.
- Reporting: Documenting incidents, maintaining logs, and reporting any securityconcerns to management.
- Enforcing policies: Ensuring compliance with company security policies andprocedures.
- Screening: Conducting security screenings of personnel and packages entering thefacilities.
- Liaison with law enforcement: Cooperating with local law enforcement agencies whennecessary.
- Technology management: Operating and monitoring electronic security systems.Customer service: Providing assistance and information to employees and visitors in aprofessional manner.
- Asset protection: Safeguarding company assets, including intellectual property andphysical equipment.
- Training and drills: Participating in regular security training and emergency drills.
- Be at least 21 years of age to qualify.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience

- Must have 2 years of prior Security Experience and Supervisory Experience
- Must be comfortable using computers or tablet devices
- Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time
