      Work Schedule: Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager.       The Opportunity

      As a coordinator III, you will be responsible for monitoring the lobbies and programs that support Ally’s security program. You will serve as primary contact for issues that a coordinator II may need assistance by leveraging your knowledge in troubleshooting and critical thinking. You will provide guidance, direction, and training as needed to the coordinators. You will apply extensive knowledge of policies and procedures to provide excellent customer service to the organization.

      The Work Itself

        • Provide leadership, training, and technical guidance to coordinators.
        • Demonstrated capability to learn and develop new techniques to help the team.
        • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
        • Provides second and third level support to associates and coordinators and analysis during and after an incident.
        • Maintain safety and security of the associates, visitors, and guests.
        • Coordinate with all lines of business on event planning to include visitor management, access into the building, and any deliveries.
        • Ensure high profile visitors are processed quickly, communicated to executive protection, and delivered to their destination.
        • Propose solutions to assist in reducing/avoid/ service interruptions.
        • A strong customer/client focus with ability to manage expectations while providing exceptional customer service.
        • Oversee the monthly inventory including visitor, vendor, and the “Go” bags.
        • Oversee monthly duress testing and the testing of the Emergency Notification Dashboard.
        • Analyzes signals coming from various tools such as access control, threat and monitoring, video, and real time tracking of incidents that could impact the organization.
        • Assist first responder entry and exit during life safety events.
        • Oversight of activities in the lobby and second floor to help ensure a professional work environment.
        • Auditing facilities to ensure they are consistent with Ally Enterprise Policy.
        • All other duties as assigned.

      The Skills You Bring

      • Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience in the Physical Security field a plus.
      • 2+ years of professional experience a plus.
      • Must work well within a team environment and be able to provide feedback to others.
      • Excellent customer service skills a plus.
      • Ability to interact with personnel at all levels across the organization and to comprehend business imperatives a plus.
      • Advanced knowledge of security and emergency protocols a plus.
      • Assist in the response of emergency incidents a plus.
      • Ability to work off-hours, night, weekends, and holidays.
      • Ability to travel.

      Base Pay Range : $49920 - $60320 USD
      An individual's position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer.
      Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
