Summary: As a Security Delivery Practitioner, you will be responsible for assisting in defining requirements, designing and building security components, and testing efforts related to Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations. Your typical day will involve working with IAM tools and technologies, analyzing and resolving security incidents, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the security of our organization's assets. Roles & Responsibilities: -Perform end to end, user lifecycle management. -Performs initial level of problem identification and attempts to resolve when appropriate; otherwise, documents all troubleshooting efforts in problem ticket and makes prompt notification to responsible party for resolution in order to minimize the amount of time taken to resolve customer issues. -Assists with monitoring and tracking incidents to ensure resolution occurs within the customer Service Level Agreement. -Ensures that correct resolutions are found and involves appropriate areas in resolving problems when needed -Performs incident notification and escalation to ensure problems/request/issues are communicated effectively and receiving proper management attention. -Actively participates in preventive maintenance, by documenting common problems and sharing information required for the team to be successful -Documents and maintains internal procedural standards relating to support role as required -Completes periodic reports as requested by manager -Provides after-hour and weekend on call support when required -Maintains a high-degree of professional conduct at all times -Develops and maintains product knowledge, business and professional skills by participating in on-the-job and other training courses. Professional & Technical Skills: -Proven experience with products dealing with IAM solutions such as – User Life Cycle Management, Active Directory and related tools/applications -Operations management skills -Good Incident and Problem Management skills -Basic understanding of security concepts and security best practices -Good analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills -Active Directory exposure -Creating/updating technical/process documentation -Identify and resolve customer or internal system access issues (account lockouts, password resets, access setup) -Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel; Word; Power Point) . Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with relevant industry certifications such as MCSE, MCP, ITIL.
