Job Description

- 32 hours every two weeks
- Part time, Evening shift; 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM
- Every Weekend (Saturday & Sunday)

- Responds to medical, fire, maintenance, and security emergencies in the building
- Functions as security/first response for the building
- Contacts appropriate staff or professional emergency personnel (paramedics, fire, maintenance, management, and/or police) per building procedures
- Clearly communicates issues and outcomes to manger/supervisor or next shift
- Monitor cameras, alarms, and HVAC system
- Greet and provide courteous assistance to visitors, residents, and vendors
- Clerical and other office duties as assigned
- One to three years of previous experience
- High school Diploma/GED
- Basic word processing skills (Microsoft Word, Excel)
