      Position Summary
      The Identity & Access Management (IAM) team is looking for a motivated, driven, and experienced Security Engineer to help instill and support next-gen IAM transition effort at CVS Health. The desired candidate should have demonstrable experience and is knowledgeable in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements from disparate user groups including technical and non-technical staff. The Business Analyst must be able to operate with minimal direction to support the entire project management and technical team and may be required to: prepare project management artifacts; create, support, and make presentations; organize and document meetings and stakeholder interviews; review documentation for completeness; and participate in testing and training activities. This position will primary support IAM Plan Team’s effort of establishing new IAM guidelines, product roll outs and testing efforts for Access Management, Secrets Management, IGA, PAM and other related streams.

      Required Qualifications

      General requirements :

      A successful candidate must seamlessly work in a team and independent with minimal direction. Demonstrable experience using Microsoft products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio. Ability to gather, document, present and organize meetings across groups of stake holders and forging partnerships with various business units, leading to faster and efficient product roll outs and next-gen technology adoption. Able to work based on US Eastern or Central time zone. Remote work is acceptable.

      Technical requirements :

      Cybersecurity knowledge with Identity & Access Management (IAM), including but not limited to Authentication, user LCM (Lifecycle management) and provisioning, and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) along with Secrets Management and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. Experience (3-5 years) Creating, defining, documenting business requirements (BRD) into technical IAM specifications along with business analysis, data analysis, and research function within IAM streams. Working knowledge of Office, SharePoint and Visio is an absolute must.

      Experience (5-7 years)

      Solid experience in formulating and defining IAM technology solutions, options and recommendations based on the analysis and research alongside IAM Architects/Engineers and the rest of the support team. Successful Vendor Engagement at various levels (technical/non-technical) is essential during the project life cycle. Experience (2-3 years) Must possess a strong communication ability to collaborate and partner with various business groups within the enterprise to assist with assessment of business needs and then pairing them to the shared solutions offered by the IAM team. A strong background in organizing and assessing data is essential for day-to-day success. Experience (5-7 years) Experienced in coordinating POC rollouts and project activities, with IAM Project Management teams, such as: scoping and estimating project efforts, generating test cases, testing, documenting results, identifying risks and recommending mitigation measures, communicating issues, and communicating to stakeholders.

      Pay Range

      The typical pay range for this role is:

      $83,430.00 - $201,900.00

      This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
