- This position provides temporary ID Badges to Contractors, Vendors, visitors, and employees after they verify their visit.
- Enforces the building policies, (e.g., No personal mobility devices.)
- Notifies security of alarm activations. Notifies 4CODE for medical emergencies.
- Completes mandatory Occupational health requirements(Vaccines, Flu Shots)
- High School Diploma / GED Required
- At least one (1) year Experience in a service setting involving direct customer contact. Required
- Ability to work well within a team. (Required proficiency)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. (Required proficiency)
- Strong customer service skills. (Required proficiency)
- Particular sophistication in working with families, vendors and visitors under tremendous stress. (Required proficiency)

A Brief Overview
Provides support and resource information to employees, participant families, vendors and visitors. This frontline receptionist/Greeter will be located at the main lobby desk of the Abramson Pediatric Research Center, The Colket Translational Research Building and the HUB for Clinical collaboration. Under the direction of the Security management team, provides assistance and direction to Contractors, Vendors, visitors and employees. Assist in relaying information about the building in collaboration with other departments and services. Providing optimum support services. The greeter/receptionist serves as a resource to those that need assistance.
