- Communicate with stakeholders, including site management and security personnel, in a professional manner.
- Address and manage security incidents and emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
- Perform regular patrols and site checks to maintain security standards.
- Manage security operations, including emergency response and incident management.
- Strong observation and surveillance skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Must have a valid MB Security License.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada full-time.
- Must have a valid Drivers license and a clean driver's abstract.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Possession of first aid/ CPR is an asset.
- High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience.

Job Description
Title: Security Guard (F/T)
Location: Winnipeg, MB
Hourly Payrate: $16.70
Schedule: Monday and Tuesday (1200 to 2000 hours) Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (1400 to 2200 hours)
As a Security Guard, you play an important role in maintaining the safety and security of our premises, assets, and personnel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enforcing security protocols with professionalism and efficiency.
