Coordinate security incident and crisis response efforts throughout the Americas
Lead all aspects of a large, contracted guard force across multiple locations
Supervise the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) team
Conduct physical security assessments, audits, surveys, and reviews
Engage and collaborate with global peers to benchmark standard processes
Provide briefings, updates, and situational awareness reports
Partner with other business units and contribute to a strong work culture
Support the local Emergency Response Team (ERT)
Develop and maintain relationships with industry peers, vendors, and key public agencies, to include law enforcement contacts
Bachelor of Science degree (or equivalent experience) in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Security Intelligence, or similar field of study
8+ overall years in a similar role with a federal, state, or local law enforcement agency or multinational corporation, and 5+ years of management experience
Industry methodologies and metrics defining excellence
Knowledge of security technology systems and concepts
Understand building and fire codes as well as other local safety regulations
Validated decision-making and discernment skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Advanced training and industry recognized certification (CPP, PSP, etc.)
Experience leading physical security teams for large special events
Professional proficiency in either Spanish or Portuguese

The base salary range is 156,000 USD - 247,250 USD.
